Jordan’s Wine Bar and Cellar collects only the information needed to respond to guests, manage visits and operate the wine tasting email list. That may include your name, email address, phone number, inquiry details, signup source, consent timestamp, Privacy Policy version and email delivery status.

If you join the wine tasting list, you are asking Jordan’s to email you about wine tastings, tasting specials and tasting offers. Wine tastings are offered at Jordan’s; current availability changes, so emails are sent only when there is an announcement or relevant update.

We use guest information to answer inquiries, maintain the subscriber list, send Jordan’s wine tasting notifications, record consent, honor unsubscribe requests, protect deliverability and improve site reliability. We do not sell subscriber information.

Every wine tasting email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes, bounces, complaints and provider suppression signals are recorded so Jordan’s does not keep mailing addresses that opted out or cannot receive email.

Subscriber data is kept in Jordan’s protected backend. Public website visitors cannot view the subscriber list. The administrative portal is restricted to authorized Jordan’s staff accounts, and delivery-state details are shown only there.
